As far as Colleen is concerned, part of me says let her be responsible for paying the entire utilities bill so she can see how her actions affect it! I know that wouldn't be right, but come on, girl, turn off a stinkin' light and faucet for crying out loud!! :) Has she ever lived with anyone before? Or was it just her parents and she wasn't responsible for anything? I feel for you, Deb. Yay for the new fridge! new appliances are fun, especially when you've always had to inherit an old clunker from the previous owner/apt. I'm still dealing with the latter, so I'm jealous!
