My mom & sister watch it religiously, but we don't have a TV, so only catch it if we are visiting my mom. Still, I'm also in my first week of trying to lose weight, and I've started a blog just for that. I'd like you to come check it out, and help encourage me as I encourage you, as we both struggle to lose the extra pounds.
