So clearly I’ve been remiss in keeping up to date on this thing… Bad, bad Deb. Things have been a little nuts of late – in fact I missed my last Weight Watchers meeting so this Saturday I’ll have to pay for 2 weeks. Sigh. It’s my own fault.
Anyway, I’ve been having a tough time the last few weeks. I’ve haven’t exactly fallen off the wagon (read: gone crazy eating pints of Ben & Jerry’s), but I haven’t been journaling or keeping track of my points. Again I say, bad, bad Deb.
And so the last weigh-in I had (a week and a half ago) I had gained a pound. This past week I didn’t go b/c I felt sure there would be a similar outcome. I will definitely go this Saturday, but in the meantime I need to try and get my head back in the game – I’m just not sure how to do that.
Anyone have any suggestions??

Not a total slacker…you asked for suggestions!!!
). How do I get back on the wagon? Remind myself about my original goals for joining and following the program…I look at my tracker (always pinned to the cupboard or on my desk at work) and I get back to basics. If I’m really struggling, I pick a tracker from a previous week where I achieved a good loss and I follow it as a way of getting me back on track. My final thing is menu planning…sitting down with the recipe books, a blank sheet of paper and planning my week ahead – then doing the shop with that in mind.
I’ve been a WWer for over 3 years, and while am on maintenance now, I still have my “off weeks” (I’ve just had two-weeks of it
Saturday is only three days away…give yourself a bit of a boost by having a no point chilli for dinner tonight, and no point soup for lunch tomorrow….and get those glasses of water in.
Good luck! You can get back on the wagon!!!

Thanks for the suggestions and encouragement! I have been bad about planning as well lately so am aiming to get myself back on track that way as well. Thinking I might go crazy strict with it again for a week or so (like I was in the very beginning) which I would think should kick off my weight-loss again.
